Living with Eczema

Today I will be focusing on having a skin disease and managing to look presentable and healthy.
One of the hundreds of skin problems is ECZEMA.
This alone has many categories and can be accompanied with other skin issues.
Having eczema not only limits your attire and diet but also the health and beauty products that are used in everyday life. Starting with soap all the way to your body spray, while suffering from a skin disease like it a person may actually have to choose between staying protected or smell nice.
Eating anything that triggers your eczema can cause flares as you can’t eat anything that’s available in your cafeteria, without thinking.
When it comes to wearing cloths mostly PURE 100% COTTON is the only option for people having eczema or else they've got to deal with flares yikes! Imagine going for shopping and leaving your favorite dresses behind because they can be harmful to your skin.
Finally coming to makeup!
Well, you will have to spend  entire two decade of your lives to figure out what product suits your skin because every other one has many chemicals that can damage even the normal, healthy skin in a couple of hours.
It is going to be one in a million days when you can actually do a full face of makeup and look flawless while other days you just have to accept the spots and cracks and let them be and not take it too hard on yourself. It’s okay if you have to answer a few questions and deal with odd stares. After all we all are different and fabulous! The only way you can let this disease not eat away your mental health is by embracing all the issue and growing concerns that come with it and always look for better things that help solve those problems.
