Moreover, a very good source of vitamin E is nuts and primarily almonds because the are highly recommended by doctors nowadays specifically so that the immune system is strong enough to fight against the virus. Another very helpful tip is the intake of green tea as they contain antioxidants which again helps in strengthening the immune system.
These are just a few specific things that if added to your diet, would give exceptional result however it is very important to have an intake in a proper amount, not too much, not too less in order to get the desirable results. These health tips are applicable to all ages of people so even though by taking all the safety measures externally you do catch the virus, you would have an immune system strong enough to fight against it as your body would be able to produce antibodies and survive through it.
