Importance of Sleeping in Moderation

We all remember that when we were kids, how our mother used to be strict about our sleeping routine so that we could spend the day freshly and actively however as we grew older and took these matters in our own hands, it has all become a mess for almost all the adults. It’s very common to stay awake the whole night and to sleep till noon. Most of us don’t even realize how important it is to get a proper night sleep.
Research recommends that we should get at least 7 hours of sleep everyday otherwise it would lead to problems in the later age such as weak memory and heart diseases. In addition to this, not getting enough sleep slows down the processing of your brain and you fail to give immediate reactions and obviously being cranky all day long. Not only this, it builds in a consistent anxious or annoyed attitude in one. Yes it is as serious as it sounds. Thus it is essential to get a good amount of sleep at a consistent timing.
However, the sleep issue nowadays are not just confined to not getting enough sleep, it is the other way around as well, meaning sleeping way too much. It means to sleep more than ten hours. Firstly, it puts you behind everything, because a person who fails to start his day early always ends up leaving things for tomorrow resulting in late achievement of goals. Moreover, it builds in a continuous laziness in the person and if he or she does not get the usual amount of sleep, they will be unable to perform anything at all. Furthermore, sleeping a lot open doors for many other serious diseases such as diabetes, heart diseases, depression, obesity, pains and increased inflammation.
So in order to conclude it, as it is said that everything is good in moderation, same is the case with sleep pattern as well. Getting too less or too much sleep, both has adverse affects so it is very essential to set a moderate and consistent sleeping pattern so that you could avoid the risk of all the above mentioned diseases and could stay fresh and active all day long.
😉That's exactly my point
