A Lifestyle Change Towards A Happier and Healthier Life

To bring a major change in one’s lifestyle is not at all a one day job however with gradual working on it will eventually lead to something better and what you aimed. Nowadays people have make their life a lot more difficult and complicated, some things can be blamed upon the surroundings however I believe that we ourselves are the major cause.
Firstly our eating habits, as we have moved to a modernized state, outings and eating junk has become a major part of our life which is literally ruining our health and it is not at all limited to aged people but in fact to youngsters as well. A major proof is that how prone the youth is to all sort of diseases either it is small infections or major diseases such as lungs and kidney problems. Not only this, very often we get to know that a young boy or girl passed away due to a heart attack. We have adopted such bad eating habits that we can’t even endure the smallest of pain.
Furthermore, the concept of physical health is getting lost in the youth due to all the modern gadgets that discourage physical activities resulting in obesity and numerous diseases.
In addition to this, the youth has made themselves so vulnerable that they can’t even bear a slightest of trouble in life, they are emotionally weak. Due to which they take bad decisions resulting in further bad situations.
In order to overcome these things, it is essential to opt for a major lifestyle change that includes getting yourself out of the consciousness that what others would think about you and by keeping yourself a priority. The first step could be by choosing a healthier eating habit which obviously means to prefer eating at home instead of eating junk from outside. In addition to that, we all should get ourselves out of the web of technologies especially our mobile phones and engage in physical activities on a daily bases, I do not strictly recommend a heavy workout, it could be as minimal as a half hour walk in a day but there must be some sort of physical activity. Moreover, the youth should try to set a consistent sleeping pattern, staying awake all night and sleeping till noon is also a major reason contributing in our bad health and achieving life goals. After that we should try to listen and take inspiration from some of the well-known personalities of the past because they are the one who actually knew the true meaning of hard work and patience. A major failure in the youth is due to lack of patience so by taking inspiration from the past we would be able to improve our mental state and will learn to see the positive in every negative.
Thus these gradual changes would eventually lead to a major change in our lifestyle and we can see our-self that how positively it would work for us.
