Best ever Green tea for immune system and overall health
Hey guys, i hope that the Quarantine is treating you well and you guys are staying indoors and safe from this horrific disease. It is important to stay productive and taking care of your body by not only exercising but by eating healthy, drinking loads of water and taking the right supplements be it organic or store bought.
Similarly today im gonna be sharing with you guys a green tea recipe that i swear by, i have gotten so many of my family members and friends hooked on this and they are very pleased. im going to be listing the benefits and the ingredients that youll need for one cup.
Benefits:
- Great for weight loss
- Detoxifies the stomach and intestines
- assists in digestion
- improves the immune system
- lemon grass leaves+ jasmine kehva leaves, or any tea bag if these are not available
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 4 - 5 drops of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 thinly sliced pieces of ginger or 1/4th tablespoon gigner paste
- 1 1/2 cups of water
Directions:
- let the water boil in a pan and add the tea leaves, if youre using a tea bag then tear open the bag and add the tea leaves into the water, discarding the bag.
- add cinnamon, ginger and let boil for almost 3 minutes.
- seive into a cup add appe cider vinegar and honey and stir well
- let cool and drink on an empty stomach, after a meal or before exercising.
