some supplements
Taking some reliable supplements can really help you such as
Biotin which is also beneficial for your skin. It is a type of Vitamin B. But
while taking this, you should consult your dermatologist for suitable dose
because some women have reported that they grew hair around the beard areas and
did not help growing any on their scalp.
2. Protect hair from heat
Use of blow drying can seriously damage your hair and cause
breakage. Even the healthiest of hair don’t last long if heated for long
periods of time. You should avoid using blow dryers or any kind of heat to dry
up hair because you can lose the natural hair oils which are essential for
their protection and nourishment. The best way to dry is to let them dry at
room temperature by natural air in the atmosphere. You can also dry them by patting
a dry towel all over your head gently.
3. Don’t wash too much
Washing your hair too often can strip off the natural hair
oils that keep them healthy. Without the natural hair oils, your hair will be
prone to breakage and fuzziness. You should wash your hair no more than 3, 4
times a week with a shampoo. The best way to wash your hair is to oil your hair
for at least an hour before washing it with a mild shampoo which suits your
hair.
4. Wash them with cold water
As we mentioned earlier to protect your hair from heat to
protect the natural oils, you should avoid using hot water for rinsing your
hair. Apply cold or room temperature water when washing your hair.
5. Avoid Dust and Dirt
One of the best things you can do to keep your hair healthy
is to avoid dust and dirt. Protect it from dust so you don’t have to wash it
every day for that crispy look. Dirt in the hair can cause itching which can
cause breakage upon scratching your head and also you have to wash it which
will eventually strip away all your natural hair oils.

not a one-time thing to do, it’s a life-long process. Hair plays a really important in the physical
appearance of a person, if you don’t think so, try shaving your head once and
